Pangasius Kanikama - カニカマ

Kanikama, a popular seafood product, is typically made from surimi, a processed fish paste. However, in a recent breakthrough, a team of Japanese researchers led by Mr. Myojin Hiroyuki from Meiko Shokuhin (Japan) have successfully developed a method to create Kanikama using Vietnamese Tra fish (Pangasius). We are now actively marketing this innovative product and seeking long-term manufacturing partners to collaborate with.

Pangasius Kabayaki - 蒲焼

In Japan, grilled eel (Unagi Kabayaki) has become a traditional high-end dish. However, due to various reasons, this product is very expensive, and only the wealthy can afford it. Our research team, led by Mr. Myojin Hiroyuki of Meiko Shokuhin (Japan), has developed a way to create Kabayaki dishes from Vietnamese tra fish, with a similar appearance and flavor to the traditional Unagi Kabayaki. We are currently seeking customers (markets) as well as manufacturers to collaborate and develop this product.
